The Tri-Running Motif Embroidered Graphic Tee takes inspiration from the 12th chapter of the epistle to the Hebrews, in which the apostle Paul urges us - ‘𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘶𝘴 𝘳𝘶𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 patience 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘦𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘶𝘴’

The tri-running motif represents the Holy Trinity, as three is the number of perfection. It represents us as 3 brothers, always running together in sync. The motif is also symbolic of the colours taken from our nation’s flag, consisting of Yellow, Blue and Red. 

Yellow represents the sun which, by its exploding and leaping flames, generates heat and light to sustain the earth and all its living things. In the days of old, we saw the sun as a symbol for the god Shamash - today, we see it as our Lord Jesus Christ who is the eternal son of God, who radiates His love for us like the sun which sustains us.

Blue represents the three major rivers of the Assyrian homeland: the Tigris, the Euphrates, and the Great Zab (which joins the Tigris river)

Red represents the courage, glory, and pride of our people, exemplified by the precious blood that has been and continues to be spilt by our Martyrs.

Some interpret the Yellow, Blue, and Red will gather all the Assyrians back to their homeland to stand strong and fight for what we want and what we will gain.
